Habboween 2009 was a successful year for Habbo with the release of a brand new, exciting furniture line. It was called the Haunted House range, due to the haunted-themed furniture within it. It included items such as the Haunted Forest, Creaky Floor, and the Floating Curtains. Not only is it one of the most expensive ranges when re-released into the Catalogue, it is also one that stays popular all year round regardless of it being classed as a seasonal range.
The line of furniture was released near Halloween in 2009 and with it came quests and the new items. With the line released, there were no old items such as the Pumpkin Lamp or the Skull Candle Holder - this showed that Habbo was expanding the Haunted collection. Other ranges include the Halloween 2012 furniture that were released near the season in 2011.

One Collectible was released into the Catalogue at a price of 25 Credits and was additionally given out as a prize for a 2009 Habboween Competition, alongside a badge, in which users had to share videos, photos, or stories about their scary encounters on the hotel.
