Habbo Turns 25! is the campaign that was held throughout August 2025 to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Habbo Hotel. It featured wired games, rare furniture, and exclusive clothing items, and some classic favourites returning as recoloured furni. The mega-post on the Habbo homepage showcased a lot about the events that were making an appearance, as well as the rare items/clothing that were being introduced.

With a tagline of Habbo's 25th demands pool party perfection. Get ready to lounge, dance, and get wild!, a Pool Party section was added to the Catalogue. This included some new furniture as well as recolours of the Yacht Parties items from the Jetset campaign in 2012.

Gift Boxes

The #Habbo25 Gift Boxes were introduced as part of the Habbo 25th Anniversary celebration, obtainable by participating in official games or completing new Quests. These contained a random item of furni, most of which was older summer catalogue furniture but with a possibility of gaining one of two brand new clothing items.

Balloons

Two other crackables were available during this campaign. Bright 25 Balloons were available on the 4th, 11th, 18th, and 25th of August in the catalogue, while the Silver 25 Balloons containing rarer item were available on the 7th, 14th, 21st, and 28th of August.

Also during this campaign, the Neon Mixer crackable from the Neon Nightmare campaign returned to obtain crafting ingredients.

Crafting

A new crafting system was released with this campaign, using a Vacationing Frank Crafting Table to create neon recolours of classic pool furniture.

Unlike many crafting systems that make use of items entirely received from crackables, this system required the Tub of Paint furni from the Neon Mixer as well as items that had to be bought from the catalogue. These included the rafts from Summer 2009 and Jet Ski from the 2012 Jetset campaign as well as the surfboards and inflatable boats, lounges, sofas, tables, mattresses from Big Wave in 2010. Several new items were added to this Pool Party Crafting Ingredients section of the catalogue.

August 2025 saw the long-awaited return of the Furni-Matic function, which had been popular when available many years back as a catalogue feature. Entering 8 of any viable furni (showing a recycling icon in the inventory) into the new Furni-Matic and spending 10 Duckets would start the process and result in 1 of 33 brand new items of varying rarity.

Birthday Pass

In the site shop, a Birthday Pass could be purchased for £5.98 or a similar regional cost. This granted the user an H Cowboy Hat clothing item (yellow tag, not considered "Rare") and a special badge which would grant the wearer a Bright 25 Balloon every day of the event, as long as they complete a related Quest.

Social Media Events

On August 15th, Habbo marked its 25th anniversary with a social media giveaway where players shared memories using #Habbo25. One of the prizes for this was a brand new Collectible, the Golden Fountain.

The same day, fansites and content creators around the world hosted social media giveaways to win another new furni, the JääBoost Mini Fridge.

Loyalty Crowns

Habbo unveiled new Loyalty Crowns to honour its long-time players in August 2025. Special crowns celebrating 15, 20, and 25 years of play appeared automatically in eligible players' inventories, serving as a wearable symbol of their dedication.

Pool Party Penguin

The Pool Party Penguin Quest was released on 29 August 2025 during Habbo 25, requiring the user to own all 8 badges shown in the promotional image to access. Completion awarded the exclusive Pool Party Penguin furniture, with the quest available until 31 August 2025.

25th Anniversary Inflatables

During August, players could collect a special seasonal currency called Blue Balloons. These could be earned by completing quests or else purchased through the Web Shop. Blue Balloons were then exchanged for exclusive seasonal items in the shop. Collecting all three seasonal items unlocked the Seasonal Currency Quest reward: the Pirate Ship Float.
