The 18th annual Habbox Summer Spectacular was announced on 12th July, with the dates later confirmed as running from 9th August till the 17th August. The theme for this tournament was Habboxbury, a callback to the 2020 Habbox birthday event which took the form of an online music festival after all real-life festivals were cancelled due to COVID-19.
Three weeks prior to the tournament starting, on July 19th, team and team leader applications opened. Unlike many previous years, there were no specific mascots announced, but the team colours remain as Green, Red, Blue and Black.
Habbox Help Desk
The design of the Habbox Help Desk was altered to reflect the Habboxbury theme of Summer Spectacular, and prominently featured the four team colours. These were; Green, Black, Red & Blue.
Teams
On July 20th, members were able to apply for a team of their choosing. The team leaders and the starting teams were announced on August 8th, 1 day before the tournament kicked off! [1]
