The Habbox Site Coders manage Habbox's pre-existing code and work on new projects. The department has had many incarnations over the years however most recently returned late May 2012 in order to facilitate the loss of HotelUser as the Assistant General Manager in charge of Development. In the past incarnations the department was a part of the Content Department and was managed by either the Content Manager, Assistant General Manager (Content) or both, depending on the relevant experience of either party.

Each of the site coders have a responsibility at Habbox.
- Kieran - Responsible for Design
- hamheyelliot - vBulletin Skin Designer
- Chippiewill - Version Seven Development
There is also a Technical Manager who is responsible for server management, the technical manager is loosely linked with the site coders.

- Maintaining Server Performance
- Developing new forum skins

- Fixing broken code on Habbox.com Version Six
