HabboHoliday was established and became an Official Habbo fansite on 6th of June, 2016. It was opened on 18 January 2016 with the owners being GoldSlick, GreyMouth, and Ghaust. Prior to its name change, HabboHoliday.net used to be referred to as Habbo-Hood.com, which was founded for the Australian Habbo website back in 2005. The original founder was a Habbo called Whipsound which brought HabboHoliday into becoming one of the largest fansites. From then HabboHoliday.com and HabboHoliday.net collided in May of 2010 and was released with Version one in December of that year.

Habbo-Hood

Before HabboHoliday, the fansite was known as Habbo-Hood. Habbo-Hood was a fansite for Australian Habbos back in 2005 and offered a variety of features, including:

• Competitions. For example, Room of the Month and Habbo of the Month.
• Fun stuff. For example, alterations, interviews, room reviews, and a chalkboard feature that allowed its users to draw.
• Guides. For example, alt codes, Battle Ball, Diving, Habbo Club, Pets, stacking, and Wobble Squabble.
• Rare Values
• Safety tips

HabboHoliday

HabboHoliday, like other fansites, had features on their main page in which users can browse through. These features included WIRED tutorials, a radio, competitions, and Badge guides. They had a variety of departments for users to take part in, including:

• Graphics Artist
• Room Builder
