The Graphite Marquee, also known as the Grey Marquee is a Marquee first uploaded in V7. For a long time it was the only Marquee which was never released onto a hotel until it was finally sold into the catalogue in July 2016. Before this it had only been spotted in a staff member's room on Habbo.it and a quest room on Habbo.no.

Not long after it was originally released it was taken down due to a technical fault before being re-released properly later. There is some confusion about the proper name of the rare, the name in the catalogue and on the badge said it was a Grey Marquee however when in a room and in the Marketplace it appears as Graphite Marquee, which is what it was originally uploaded as in V7.

The motto was "A door and a sunshade in one furni!"
