The Fire Dragon Lamp was the nineteenth rare to enter the hotel via the Catalogue; it was also the first Dragon Lamp on any hotel released. Later on other recolours of it were released too.
The dragon appears red in colour, similar to the Bronze Dragon Lamp which was given out earlier as a competition prize; all Dragon Lamps were part of the V7 Rares which included other collections such as Pillars and Smoke Machines.
The dragon is also known as the Red Dragon Lamp. Similar to others in its collection, the dragon was mainly released via the Catalogue. The two exceptions were the American Hotel as they gave the rare out as a competition prize and the Brazilian Hotel is unknown whether they received it.
It was first released in 2005.
