The Blue Dragon Lamp was first spotted on the Danish Hotel via a staff owned room. DonK owned the room 'FEST!' which had used the rare Dragon in it. This was later released on many hotels apart from both the Spanish and Brazilian ones.
The first recorded release was March 2006 on the Swiss Hotel, closely followed by others who released in the same year. The British Hotel was another to have this rare quickly by releasing it via the Catalogue in August 2006 and then the Finnish one in July 2006. The Blue Dragon Lamp is a darker shade of blue from the Sky Dragon Lamp.

Every merged hotel received the Dragon in some way pre-merge, this means that a lot of them were in circulation prior to the merge and they're not worth as much as the Super Rare Dragons that were also released.
