Globally, it is the most uncommon Spaceship Door due to its release being limited to only 2 hotels and 'never via a catalogue release. It can only be found on Habbo.com and it entered circulation due to it being given out as a gift to users of Habbo.co.uk who had purchased at least £15 worth of credits - it was also later handed out as a competition prize to winners of a "Mars Space Room" competition, which sparked controversy because they were promised a "Super Rare Spaceship Door", not a very low value one. The Violet Spaceship Door was also given out to winners of a Sci-fi competition in 2009 on Habbo.com.au.
