Dragon Lamps are rare furniture released in Version 7 of Habbo and have been steadily released over the years and are often associated with high value due to their royal feel. The Golden, Silver and Bronze dragon lamps were the first one to be given out as competition prizes and therefore classified as Super Rares in 2004. These are some of the most expensive items of furniture on the hotel. The first catalogue rare Dragon Lamp was the Fire Dragon Lamp released in 2005.
The original colours (up to the Jade Dragon Lamp) were released in Version 7, with additional colours beginning to be introduced from 2013 with the Pink Dragon Lamp. There were a few redesigns made during 2010 for the summer (Rare Sand Dragon) and for Christmas (Blizzard Dragon). in 2012 two additional redesigns were made, one as Limited Edition Rare (the Darkstar Dragons) and the first one that could be bought with Diamonds; The Diamond Dragon Lamp.
Some Dragon Lamps have also been released as NFT Furni and several colours have been created as mini versions for the Habbo History Month campaign.
