The Golden Bathtub was released via the Catalogue on hotels on the 6th October 2012. It was sold for 300 Credits and there were only 200 available for players to purchase; due to it being limited the whole batch sold. With the 300 Credit price tag, players struggled to make a profit.
The Golden Bathtub was the Limited Edition Rare for the Jetset campaign Habbo set up. It was also one of the most expensive Limited Edition Rare there had been as well as one of the rarest.
