The 80s Nostalgia Outfit is a Limited Edition Rare that was released on the 8 August 2023 during the Habbos in NYC campaign. It's currently the eighth LTD released this year, and the fifth LTD wearable.
Upon release, 900 units were made available and only 528 sold, which makes it the first LTD Wearable to not sell out. Players decided to boycott it because of its price as it seemed too expensive for what it was.
Before releasing it, Habbo posted a tweet giving the community a choice between 2 quantities, for .com it was respectively 1200 and 900 just like the Solarpunk Bunny Outfit, but it was criticized a lot in the replies.
