The Graphite Marquee is a rare that was uploaded amongst various other V7 Rares. For a long time it was the only Marquee which was never released onto a hotel until it was sold into the catalogue on Habbo.de in November 2017. On other hotels it has only been spotted in a staff member's room on Habbo.it and a quest room on Habbo.no.
The motto was "A door and a sunshade in one furni!"
