The Skylight Lobby was part of a set of "Lobby" Public Rooms, completed by Median, Main and Basement. The elevators and Pneumo-Tube both reach a stop on this floor, which run through all the other lobbies. On this floor, there were Room-O-Matics, which served as decoration after their functions were removed. The Skylight Lobby was the 2nd most popular Lobby room.
