The Party Hat Gift Box was released on the 29 December and 31 December, and was only available for 24 hours during each window. When a user opened a Party Hat Gift Box, they received one of eight Party Hats. In later years, this tradition continued annually with a new type of Clothing New Years Gift Box released each year.
