nd Elf]] (previously called "Lapland Greetings/Lapland Poster") Rare is a Classical Rare from December 2003. It was based on the same template as the Holiday Romance Rare (released earlier that year) and is fairly popular in Christmas-themed rooms. It is a fairly common Rare globally, with it being released on 14 hotels (13 via competitions and 1 via the catalogue) and it is incredibly common on Habbo.com (International) due to it being released on 4 out of 5 English-speaking hotels before the Merge. The Santa and Elf was amongst one of the first 20 Rares to enter the hotel.

The current value of this item is Template:Rarevalue or Template:Thronevalue and its motto is "Ho Ho Ho!"
