The Diamond Gift Box was introduced on the 6th of November 2018 for 5 Credits and 5 Diamonds. It was a crackable piece of furni and upon cracking it, Habbos would find one of a variety of items, either a previously released item or if really lucky, a classic, diamond version of clothing.
The box has seen additional releases in November 2019, November 2020 and June 2021, with the Diamond Gift Box 2.0 being released in September 2021 and March 2022.

Diamond Gift Box 2.0
On June 30th 2021, Habbo announced the development of a Diamond Gift Box V2 and asked the Habbo community to vote for their favourite headpiece in a poll.[1]

In September 2021, during the Mushroom Month campaign, the Diamond Gift Box 2.0 arrived in the International Hotel under the "Hot Now" sub-category in the catalogue.
