Seasonal Currency

On Habbo, there is a special set of sub-currencies released alongside campaigns. Users typically earn them through in-game Quests. However, some classic Seasonal Currencies were obtained through other methods during earlier eras of Habbo.

In addition to being earned from Quests, users can usually purchase them from the Web Shop while the Seasonal Currency is active in-game.

The difference between Seasonal Currency and Permanent Currency is that Permanent Currency is available year-round, whereas Seasonal Currency is only available during specific time windows. Once that period ends, the currency is reset to zero and shelved. Seasonal Currencies are often reused, such as Snowflakes, Pumpkins, and Stars.

In February 2011, Habbo introduced the Hearts Seasonal Currency. Users could spend it to obtain eight items.
