The New Year's
On Habbo, New Year's is a campaign that celebrates the end of the year and the beginning of a new one. It starts at the end of December right after Christmas and runs throughout January of the next year.
New Year campaigns often don't come with a large new furniture range but every year a new countdown wall item celebrating the upcoming year is released. Some years (2011 and 2015) also included some new party inspired furniture. In 2010 Habbo released the new Fireworks furniture which has become a staple of the New Year campaigns.
Another recurring theme of New Year campaigns are rare clothing crackables. Every year since 2016 there has been a new release of the Gold Accessory Pack and New Year Gift Box, which most recently included one of eight face masks when cracked.
In some years Chinese New Year has fallen in January and is included with the campaign, although sometimes (including 2021) it falls in February and is included in the Valentine's Day campaign.
Throwback
The New Year 2011 campaign began at the end of December 2011.
The new furniture released included new Fireworks which had been released in the previous January.
There was also a new Countdown Building (which has been replicated every year since) and new furniture that included food, beverages and balloons were also released to help Habbos celebrate the New Year in style.
New Year Gift Boxes
The New Year Gift Boxes are Crackable furni released each New Year's since 2015. These boxes usually contain clothing for Habbos, giving them a fun way to celebrate the New Year while adding to their collection and enjoying clothing they can wear throughout the year.
