Joe, also known as LiquefiedFilth was previously the Habbox Forum Manager. He also previously managed the Articles Department. Joe first began as a Rares Asset staff, but after quickly being snapped up by other departments such as Graphics he quickly got used to the forums and ensured he had a taste of all the departments. He finally achieved the position of Moderator and was one of the first Developers on Habbox Forum. After much contemplation, Joe successfully applied to become Articles Manager, and it was from there where his venture into his first position of management began. During his time as Articles Manager, he created new systems to ensure that writers are happier during their time with the department and are more likely to stay, for example, the reward system that is now in place. Joe resigned from his position on 19 January to focus on University work. He rejoined the Forum department and in January 2018 was chosen to the be Forum Manager.
During his tenure as site coder and Forum Manager, he was part of the team that, during Content Week 2018, released the revamped Habbox Rare Values system on the main site and two new skins (Habbox Mountains and Habbox Universe). In August 2018, he left both roles and Sloths succeeded him as Forum Manager.
In 2020, Joe returned to the Site Coders team and was given the role of Site Manager which he held until early 2021.
