The Year of the Rabbit is a celebration of the Chinese New Year for the Rabbit zodiac. The first time Habbo celebrated this was in January 2011. Besides the return of the Asian line, only a Rabbit statue was released (which is now part of the normal Asian line) as well as a Rabbit Run Maze and Chinese Zodiac Sticker Competition was held.
When the original statue was released, everyone who purchased it also got a golden rabbit badge[1]
In January 2023 another statue as well as the golden version and Rabbit Accessories were released.
For current Habbo players their zodiac started in either of these years:
- 1987 (Your element is Fire)
- 1999 (Your element is Earth)
- 2011 (Your element is Metal)
For people who were born in 2023, their element is Water. The next time this will be celebrated will be in February 2035 and their element will be Wood.

Trivia
- The Rabbit is the only zodiac that still misses its poster. Its unclear why this was not designed back in 2023
