Build Your Room is one of the many sections within the Achievements section of Habbo. With a total of 195 achievements currently available in this section, it is one of the largest collections, ranging from achievements with only 5 levels all the way up to those with 20. Most of the achievements in this category will require the user to spend Credits and large amounts of Credits on some occasions. However, spending is not directly necessary 100% of the time as some achievements can be earned by having players score points in game rooms, having a room picked by Sulake Staff to be featured and simply having other users spend time in a room.
Achievements
Room Builder
The Room Builder Achievement is, as the name may suggest, earned by building rooms. The requirements are set by how many items of furniture are placed within a room. Each item placed contributes one point towards the next level.
Room Builder Level 1 - For building a room with 15 items of furni. 
Room Builder Level 2 - For building a room with 20 items of furni. 
Room Builder Level 3 - For building a room with 25 items of furni. 
Room Builder Level 4 - For building a room with 30 items of furni. 
Room Builder Level 5 - For building a room with 35 items of furni. 
Room Builder Level 6 - For building a room with 45 items of furni. 
Room Builder Level 7 - For building a room with 55 items of furni. 
Room Builder Level 8 - For building a room with 65 items of furni. 
Room Builder Level 9 - For building a room with 80 items of furni. 
Room Builder Level 10 - For building a room with 95 items of furni. 
Room Builder Level 11 - For building a room with 110 items of furni. 
Room Builder Level 12 - For building a room with 130 items of furni. 
Room Builder Level 13 - For building a room with 150 items of furni.

Furni Collector
Similar to the Build Your Room Achievement, furniture is once again involved and this time requires the user to collect different items of furniture and place them all within the same room.
Furni Collector Level 1 - For collecting 10 different items of furni. 
Furni Collector Level 2 - For collecting 12 different items of furni. 
Furni Collector Level 3 - For collecting 14 different items of furni. 
Furni Collector Level 4 - For collecting 19 different items of furni. 
Furni Collector Level 5 - For collecting 24 different items of furni. 
Furni Collector Level 6 - For collecting 29 different items of furni. 
Furni Collector Level 7 - For collecting 39 different items of furni. 
Furni Collector Level 8 - For collecting 49 different items of furni. 
Furni Collector Level 9 - For collecting 59 different items of furni. 
Furni Collector Level 10 - For collecting 74 different items of furni. 
Furni Collector Level 11 - For collecting 89 different items of furni. 
Furni Collector Level 12 - For collecting 104 different items of furni.

Room Host
This Achievement is earned purely by having other Habbo users spend time in an owner's rooms, for each minute each user spends in the rooms, one point/minute will be added towards the next level.
Room Host Level 1 - For having other Habbos spend 5 minutes in a room. 
Room Host Level 2 - For having other Habbos spend 15 minutes in a room. 
Room Host Level 3 - For having other Habbos spend 20 minutes in a room. 
Room Host Level 4 - For having other Habbos spend 40 minutes in a room. 
Room Host Level 5 - For having other Habbos spend 90 minutes in a room. 
Room Host Level 6 - For having other Habbos spend 190 minutes in a room. 
Room Host Level 7 - For having other Habbos spend 390 minutes in a room. 
Room Host Level 8 - For having other Habbos spend 790 minutes in a room. 
Room Host Level 9 - For having other Habbos spend 1790 minutes in a room. 
Room Host Level 10 - For having other Habbos spend 3,790 minutes in a room. 
Room Host Level 11 - For having other Habbos spend 7,790 minutes in a room.

Game Arcade Owner
It could be argued that this Achievement should be under the Games category, but it is classed as a room building achievement because it requires game furniture to progress. To pass this level users will need to have games of either Battle Banzai or Freeze running in their room and at the end of each round they will progress towards the next level will increase according to the scores earned in that game.
Game Arcade Owner Level 1 - For having users score 400 points in your game rooms. 
Game Arcade Owner Level 2 - For having users score 1,000 points in your game rooms. 
Game Arcade Owner Level 3 - For having users score 2,000 points in your game rooms. 
Game Arcade Owner Level 4 - For having users score 3,600 points in your game rooms. 
Game Arcade Owner Level 5 - For having users score 6,200 points in your game rooms. 
Game Arcade Owner Level 6 - For having users score 10,400 points in your game rooms. 
Game Arcade Owner Level 7 - For having users score 17,100 points in your game rooms. 
Game Arcade Owner Level 8 - For having users score 27,800 points in your game rooms. 
Game Arcade Owner Level 9 - For having users score 45,000 points in your game rooms. 
Game Arcade Owner Level 10 - For having users score 77,600 points in your game rooms.

Quite possibly one of the hardest achievements to earn, this requires players to have a room specially chosen by Sulake Staff to be featured on the hotel.
Staff Pick Level 1 - For having 1 room selected by staff. 
Staff Pick Level 2 - For having 3 rooms selected by staff. 
Staff Pick Level 3 - For having 6 rooms selected by staff. 
Staff Pick Level 4 - For having 10 rooms selected by staff. 
Staff Pick Level 5 - For having 15 rooms selected by staff. 
Staff Pick Level 6 - For having 21 rooms selected by staff. 
Staff Pick Level 7 - For having 28 rooms selected by staff. 
Staff Pick Level 8 - For having 36 rooms selected by staff.

This achievement needs the user to build an Ice Rink in their room, with progress increasing for each patch placed.
Ice Rink Builder Level 1 - For creating an Ice Rink using 10 Skating Patches. 
Ice Rink Builder Level 2 - For creating an Ice Rink using 20 Skating Patches. 
Ice Rink Builder Level 3 - For creating an Ice Rink using 30 Skating Patches. 
Ice Rink Builder Level 4 - For creating an Ice Rink using 45 Skating Patches. 
Ice Rink Builder Level 5 - For creating an Ice Rink using 60 Skating Patches.

This achievement requires the user to place Black Holes in their room to create different room designs. For each Black Hole placed, progress will increase by one point.

Room Architect Level 3 - For creating a room containing 30 Black Holes.

Room Architect Level 6 - For creating a room containing 80 Black Holes. 
Room Architect Level 7 - For creating a room containing 100 Black Holes.

This achievement needs the user to build a Snowboarding Slope in their room, with progress increasing for each patch placed.
Snowboarding Builder Level 1 - For creating a room using 16 Snowboard Patches. 
Snowboarding Builder Level 2 - For creating a room using 36 Snowboard Patches. 
Snowboarding Builder Level 3 - For creating a room using 64 Snowboard Patches. 
Snowboarding Builder Level 4 - For creating a room using 100 Snowboard Patches. 
Snowboarding Builder Level 5 - For creating a room using 160 Snowboard Patches.
Floor Designer
This achievement needs the user to place different amounts of flooring to their rooms, with progress increasing each time a new floor design is placed.
