KickWars Galactica was a space themed, Habbo staff-owned game. The game was hosted in three different rooms under the Habbo staff name 'Airblender'. It first made its appearance on the Dutch Hotel and then arrived on many others which included Habbo.com (International) afterwards. Unfortunately, the game ran its course and was removed recently after the campaign ended.
Gameplay
To play you had to search 'AirBlender' on the Habbo client and visited one of the 3 rooms. To receive rights in the other rooms you needed to join the group (these were named KickWars Galactica 1, 2 or 3).
The object of the game was to avoid being kicked by other users whilst moving through a series of rooms containing Teleporters and other furni. In the game rooms, all users gained rights and had the ability to kick other players. Upon reaching special prize rooms, users could stand on top of a Treasure Chest to receive their prize. Prizes consisted of furni from the SciFi theme, such as the Astro-Bar, Dizziti and Warp Reactor; this also included user-submitted badges. Users across the international Habbo community could submit their custom designed badges in the hope of selection as an official prize.
History
Kick Wars was a similar game, although created and hosted by Habbo users in their own rooms. After the Beta update in 2009, the 'everyone in the room has rights' feature was removed, meaning that user-run games of Kick Wars were no longer possible. For a short while afterwards, however, rooms which were previously set to this feature still allowed everyone in the room to have rights. Habbo later removed this feature permanently from all rooms.
Badges
Habbo users were able to create and submit their own, custom KickWars Galactica badges for use as a prize. Staff reviewed submissions and choose various ones for use as official prizes. Below is a list of KickWars Galactica badges:
