:Cerys, also known as -toxicflames or Cerys103, is a former Habbox Help Desk Manager. She succeeded Jellyfish following his resignation in October 2015 and was promoted to Help Desk Manager following an application process but resigned in February 2016. She first joined the forum in October 2010 however didn't take on her first role as staff until March 2011 in the Habbox Competitions department. She has since been situated in a variety of Habbox roles that mostly work on the community side of the fansite. In 2011, Cerys was well known for her dedication to the Events department and even won an award for Staff of The Month in May whilst being present in 2 other departments at the time. She returned to Habbox in 2020 during the lockdown after a 4 year break, and won The Mole 2020 competition.
