On the 13th January 2011 Habbo celebrated International Rubber Duck Day, to give thanks to Carl the faithful Habbo Rubber Duck.
To celebrate the event, Habbo suggested all players were asked to bring their Rubber Ducks out of storage and have a party to show off them; this was an opportunity for players to invite their friends to their room to join in too.
Habbo decided to bring more Rubber Ducks into circulation by giving away one for everyone who shared their duck memories from their time on Habbo. Some luckier players who entered would also receive a signed Duck Trophy from Habbo staff.
Overall, over 10,000 Habbos joined in and the same amount of ducks were given out too.
