The Grey Smoke Machine (also known as the "White Smoke Machine") is a Rare that was uploaded amongst various other V7 Rares. It is a fairly common Smoke Machine globally and is a common Rare on Habbo.com due to many releases via competitions and the catalogue on English-speaking hotels before the Merge. On Habbo.com.au and Habbo.co.uk it was a Super Rare due to it only being handed out in small quantities via competitions - in Habbo.com.au they were given out in several New Year's competitions in December 2007 (including "Mr. and Mrs. Habbo") and on Habbo.co.uk a few were rumoured to be handed out by moderators/staff unfairly, but one was also given out in the "Monster Cage" competition. The value dropped dramatically on Habbo.com due to the Grey Smoke Machine being sold in the catalogue on Habbo.ca. This was also the very first Smoke Machine to be officially released (back in July 2005 on Habbo Hotel UK).

- Habbo United Kingdom - A few rumoured to be unfairly handed out by moderators/staff, but one was handed out in a "Monster Cage" competition in July 2005.
