Moo is a UK based print and design website. They offer a range of custom printed design products, including business cards, postcards and mini cards. Moo's partner base includes Flickr, Youtube and LinkedIn. Moo also operates an affiliate program, inviting companies to commission brand-based printed materials sold through Moo.

Affiliation

Moo launched an affiliation in branded 'MiniCards' with Habbo.co.uk in March of 2007.[1] This allowed Habbos to design their own set of ten minicards, a users Habbo was automatically overlayed into the order process: The user chose a background, a speech bubble, then finalising the card with a personal message on the overleaf side. These were then delivered free via Royal Mail, using the promo code 'Lucky' for a limited period.

Habbo announced the feature on the 25th June 2007 in the newsie:

Designing a MiniCard for order
“MOO is a different kind of printing company – a company that only prints fun stuff!

We team up with special friends like Habbo to help you share your online life with your friends in the real world. Based in London, we print and ship the amazing things people have made all over the planet. So far we've sent MiniCards to over 120 countries!

Habbo MiniCards are little contact cards with your Habbo on one side, and your details on the other. Select different backgrounds, position your Habbo, and enter your own text in Habbo speech bubbles, to make a unique set of wonderful cards.

On the back you can share your email address or phone number, tell people your Habbo name or homepage address, use them as party invitations – in fact, the options are endless!

The cards come in a cute little box, delivered straight to your door. The only question is, will you share them with your friends, or keep them all to yourself? Some people find them very hard to give away!”

A later Moo promotion in April of 2008 offered a Habbo Stickerbook for purchase. This time, it did not coincide with a promotional free offer.

Two products remain available as of September 2013, 'Habbo Stickers' and 'Habbo furni Stickers' packs.[2]

Habbo was rumoured to have allocated 1000 free orders; the offer had seemingly run its course by August of 2007. Many examples of Habbos' cards can be found in forum postings[3], YouTube videos[4] and on Flickr, where a couple who met on the hotel used Moo merchandise to celebrate their Habbo-themed wedding.[5]
