The Bamboo Forest is a rare furniture released in July 2007. It functions like a 2x2 rug and it's the 4th official 'patch' released as a Catalogue rare. Although it gives out a Japanese feeling, the Bamboo Forest was not released for any campaign. The first real 'Japanese' rare is the Shishi Odoishi released the next year in May 2008.
It was released into the catalogue for 25 Credits.
