0rca (real name: Rebekah, commonly Bexy) was a member of Habbo Staff working on Habbo.co.uk. She began as a moderator, before going on to work as a member of Player Support, and later in community roles. She was one of the longest serving members of staff, with a career spanning 7 years. She was also one of the few staff from Habbo UK to stay on after the merge.

0rca was well known for getting involved in the community and undertook numerous responsibilities beyond her official duties. This included running the Habbo X programme in the UK, alongside colmc, for 8 months, from December 2007 until July 2008. She later ran a competition for Habbo Homes called "0rca's Whale of a Home". This competition was later revived on Habbo.com (International) as she looked for the Habbo Home of the month and the Group of the month. Both of these rewarded users with a sticker for their page and a badge.

After leaving Sulake in 2011, 0rca went on to work for MindCandy within the community team.
